What happens when someone leads, makes space or introduces an unexpected idea? Simple musical activities make these choices tangible. Everyone can participate without musical experience.
After each activity we discuss what happened: who took initiative, how the group responded and what helped collaboration. We connect those observations to your team’s question and identify something to try at work.
Example: 90 minutes. A short intake, musical activities around listening and responding, and a reflection identifying one concrete focus for the team.
Explore collaboration
Example: a three-hour half day. We switch leading and following roles, explore how ideas are heard and connect the experience to your work situation.
A facilitated programme
Example: three sessions around a shared team question. Between sessions, the team tries agreed actions and the next meeting builds on that experience.

How does a session start?
We first discuss the reason, participants and intended focus. You then receive a proposal with the programme, practical arrangements and costs. The formats shown are provisional examples.
What does it offer?
A shared experience, observations about your collaboration and concrete ideas to try at work. The outcomes depend on the team’s question and participation, which we discuss during the intake.

What is the approximate cost?
These amounts are estimated examples for one facilitator. They exclude any applicable VAT, travel, materials, instrument and sound. Additional facilitation and bespoke work are quoted separately. You receive a personal quote in advance.
